Job Summary:

The Account Executive is a highly motivated leader responsible for selling all of the company’s service offerings to targeted accounts throughout the United States, with a planned focus on the petrochemical industry and robotics cleaning solutions. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for new and expanded business while providing quality service to assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Business Development team to create new account strategies, drive the implementation of the sales plan, and develop new clients, projects, and relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any assigned accounts. Seek to expand to new locations, while selling all service lines for Moran Environmental Recovery and its subsidiaries.
• Generate clientele growth by exceeding expectations and meeting overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop a partnership and maintain close communications with internal operational managers.
• Monitor trends with clients, prospects, and competition to identify revenue opportunities within the targeted industry (Petrochemical, Marine and, Government).
• Attend in-person and virtual industry workshops and networking events.
• Responsible for establishing and completing Goals and Next Actions using the company’s CRM application.
• Wears and uses required protective equipment while working.
• Takes responsibility for own safety while on the job and drives a safety focus with the entire team.
• Travel as necessary, up to 50% (no less than 25% travel or as directed by management).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of environmental industry experience and a thorough understanding of one or more primary service lines (Industrial Services, Emergency Response, Remediation, Abatement).
• Requires High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and reasoning skills); Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, analytical, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of clients, employees, and leadership.
• Must be able to multi-task and have strong supervisory, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to serve as an outside representative for the company in a manner consistent with the company’s values.
• Ability to work in a wide range of environments including those involving hazardous conditions which may require lifting or exerting force exceeding 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in excess of regularly scheduled hours when necessary.
• Ability to travel overnight as required by business needs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background and substance screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search as well continued verifications throughout employment to ensure that all records meet company policy standards.
